- 1 Zanahoria cortada en sesgos delgados
- 100 gms chícharo dulce en vaina en zesgo ( oriental)
- 150 gms setas rebanadas (usé ½d champiñón blanco ½d champiñón japonés moreno)
- ½ taza nacimientos de alfalfa fresca
- 150 gms flourettes de brócoli
- 2 cebollines de tallo largo cortados diagonalmente ( opcional, aquí no los véis porque a mi hija no le agradan)
- 1 cdta fécula de arroz o de maíz ( maizena o arrozena) para dar consistencia al salteado (opcional)
- 3 Cdas Aceite de Sésamo (ajonjolí)
- ¼ tz licor de arroz coreano ( lo llaman "vino" de arroz coreano : rice wine) foto de un ingrediente
- ¼ taza salsa de soja con la mitad de sodio en vez de la normal ( usé la coreana que garantiza ser orgánica y sin tanto sodio)

- Con una espumadora batir en un cuenco el vino de arroz, el zumo de lima, la salsa de soja, el agua y la fécula de maíz o de arroz ( ésta opcional) hasta que no queden grumos u quede una salsa uniforme, verter sobre el salteado no permitir que se recuezan las verduras probar de sal y contextura, debe quedar al dente con la salsita de lima muy sabrosita, servir inmediatamente acompañado de arroz blanco y mas salsa de soja si se desea.
