- Después de que el recado hierva por 15 minutos, agregar la masa líquida y mezclar hasta que esté bien incorporada. Dejar hervir por 5 minutos más.
- Hacer una prueba de sabor para verificar que la sal que se agregó al inicio sea suficiente, agregar más si fuese necesario y mezclar bien
- Servirlo caliente y disfrútelo acompañado con arroz blanco y tortillas o tamalitos blancos
