- Agrega las coles de bruce las si no te gustan cruji
- Agrega el resto de los vegetales, si se seca pon el jugo de pollo y déjalo hervir máx 7 minutos
- Agrega el pollo y mezcal
- Agrega leche de coco y la pizca de cúrcuma, yo como condimentado así que compro una mezcla de 7 especias y una pizca de azúcar, para ajustar los sabores en un recipiente hierve 2 tazas de agua con especies al gusto, yo uso hoja de azar y semilla de lavanda
- Una vez que esta caliente el agua deja templar e hidrata el fideo (solo remojalo por 7o 10 min) y sazinalo con especies y leche de coco.
- Sirve como base el fideo y agrega la mezcla de pollo encima, decora al gusto
