- Colamos la huapilla a la jarra.
- Agregamos 5 cucharadas de azúcar (debe quedar súper dulce) y agua mezclamos y listo!!
El piloncillo que se usó era muy obscuro por eso quedó de ese color. Si se hace con un piloncillo claro quedaría como amarilla el agua, es a su elección.
También es dependiendo que tan fuerte quieren el agua los días de fermentación.
