- Agrega una cama de quesillo y 2 hojas de epazote por pechuga y enrolla.
- Enrollamos con tocino.
- Para el aderezo carameliza el 1/4 de cebolla picada en aceite de oliva extra virgen, ya que caramelice agrega los tomates picados en 4 partes.
