- Vacía el mole, menea constantemente para que no se pegue. Si está muy espeso, agrégale más caldo del pollo. Prueba la sazón y si le falta sabor, agrega más consomé Knorr Suiza. No debe quedar muy espeso. Cuando esté en la consistencia adecuada, agrega las papas y las piezas de pollo. Deja cocinar otros 3 minutos. Apaga el fuego y sirve caliente.
