- Al transcurrir ese tiempo, colocar los olores finamente picados, las especias, el pollo, el tomate, sal y pimienta al gusto y poner a cocinar 15 minutos más.(en olla normal unos 40 min. fuego medio-alto).
- Cuando esté listo, mezclar, sacar el pollo y desmenuzarlo, rectificar sabores en el pozol, colocar en un plato hondo, ponerle un poquito de pollo y decorar con el cebollín, el aguacate y la natilla. Servir bien caliente y disfrutar!
