- Agregamos a la licuadora 1 puñito de cilantro y un puñito de espinacas y un puñito de hojas de los rábanos que le va a dar un excelente sabor, sacamos la cebolla, el apio y el ajo de la oya y de ahí agregamos media cabecita del ajo cocido y un dientito de ajo crudo también a la licuadora
- Ponemos un poco de aceite a calentar y sofreímos por unos 10 minutitos la salsa verde y sazonamos con 3 cucharadas de knorr suiza
- Incorporamos la salsa verde al maíz y la carne y a fuego medio bajo dejamos que se integren los sabores por 1 hora a hora y media probamos de sal y agregamos de ser necesario
- Servimos con salsa de pepino (en mis recetas esta la preparación) le da un toque delicioso, lechuga, limón, rabanitos, cebolla, aguacate, tostadas al gusto esto ya es opcional DELICIOSO
