  4. Pon el litro de aceite a calentar en una cazuela o sartén hondo deja que se caliente. Cuando esté súper caliente, saca una por una las tiras de pollo y pásalas por lá harina que apartarte luego al aceite. Fríe y cuando esté dorada voltearla, saca y deja escurrir el aceite. Y así hasta terminar todo el pollo. Sirve con la ensalada de tu preferencia 😋
